We are not just a Pilates studio...we are dedicated to improving fitness and wellness. Through pilates we aim to help the community by empowering individuals to strengthen body, mind, and spirit and our goal is to cultivate a positive state of well-being that is much needed in today’s busy and stressful life. Our hope is that through pilates exercises you can find the perfect balance to improve health with physical activity, decrease stress with pilates breathing, connect with a community that encourages positivity, and find joy again.

We are small pilates studio and we practice contemporary pilates. This is a modern approach to the traditional pilates method, nonetheless it is pilates and its effective ♥ it blends modern fitness science with traditional principles to offer a fun and effective workout. You'll move through fluid sequences, using props and equipment to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It's all about feeling good in your body while getting stronger, more energized, having fun, and feeling better. Contemporary Pilates offers a comprehensive approach to fitness and well-being that's adaptable to individual needs and goals.

  • Our studio offers fun and effective small group pilates classes

  • You’ll love the encouragement and the accountability the fitness group setting creates

  • The group setting allows for correction of technique but allows you to progress at your pace. The instructor will give modifications and variations always making the workout challenging, effective, and safe for everyone

  • 1:1 pilates classes are also available, please reach out via email

  • Last and not least we use pilates grip socks in the studio, don’t forget your grip socks ♥

  • We are a small studio located in Riverside

  • We practice group pilates classes

  • 1:1 sessions are available by reaching out to us via email

  • We understand life is busy and you can’t always make it to the studio, so we are working on creating on demand content so you can practice pilates at home and in the studio♥
